Huyu ni mwizi wa handle. This is not the original RV Pundit. Pundito is a true warrior and he is still at Nipate being himself.
I would like to but most Kikuyus including you, wouldn’t understand ancient Kikuyu terminology and ancient Kikuyu geography.
It is said that outcasts in the Kikuyu community - mainly witches, were chased from Mukurwe wa Nyagathanga to go and settle hizo sides za Kiambu.
That’s the shameful past he is taking about.
Of all the important issues facing this country. This is not amongst them.

It is said that many kabete people ran away from muranga because of urogi, and if you look at traditional practices you don’t find much of that in kiambu but in muranga theres a place called gaturi, “kuria gutherukagira urogi” and upto this day kiambu has a lot of migrants from muranga like matiba:D
What about the reason for nyerians moving North waas it for the same reason?
Migration was mainly due to increase in population and land scarcity ( vid “the southern kikuyu” ) and not because of urogi, that is a myth just the same way kiambu thinks uranga niacokaniriru:D
Heheeee I thought people who migrated away from Muranga to Kiambu did so because of being outcasts - because of urogi. Not because they feared being bewitched by their neighbors.
But somehow, this burden about witchcraft is slowly being transferred to the people of Muranga. I hear we have so many relatives huko Kiambu but unfortunately, I have never seen them. The last person to ever visit was my grandfather and his brother in the 1970s. Their step brother and stepmother ran away to Kiambu complaining ati wamerogwa. Apparently, she had 4 boys but two of them drowned in the Maragwa river and she took that to mean that someone with an evil eye caused her to loose her two sons.
Hehehe so theres some truth to that muranga urogi business must have been crazy to make families flee!
I’m told my great, great grandfather ran away from muranga fearing witchcraft too.
Ran to Kiambu?
Now i understand why you’re foul mouthed
You wouldn’t recognize a foul mouth if it hit you in the face!
