Is it true that Peugeot 504 were a threat when parked outside Banks in the early 80s and 90s?

My mentor was a bank manager then and had a Peugeot 504 he used to drive to work. Do you consider that a threat?

Tamaa mbaya

Akina Kitiamiti used it a lot

Rumor has it that in the early 70’s when bank robberies were the order of the day. Banks would be robbed, with the thugs making a getaway using the 504. Cops would give chase on valley road, but would stop the chase when the 504 would enter state house. Then again just a rumor I could be wrong.

actually from the mid-70s…they were the car of choice for the Wakinyongas and Kiriamitis…

Mimi najua tu kufungua mlango ya 504 ilikuwa shida.

Kufungua from inside lazima utumie pliers to unlock the door na kufungua from nje utang’angana ushangae

Hekaya ni son of fate. Ama unataka tukuletee links za Dn ndio ukubali?

…whatever they were, loved them…

I have read the papers and watched numerous interviews and am still convinced Kiriamiti is a business man, just like John Grisham. And if I may ask you, do you also believe the John Kibera guy, he of stealing coffins?

Those guy never made it big, sadness of life

If my memory serves me right, Kiriamiti talks of using a Datsun SSS and a Volvo as their getaway cars.
