Front speaker

Jana after getting home from shaggz I went to the car wash and now the front speaker ain’t working as manufacturer intended.

Front speaker ya passenger has a crackle and pop. I’m suspecting water damage but they didnt clean interior. The event between speaker working okay and this issue is the visit to the car wash…about 20 minutes lapse.

I’m no electrician and wondering if this is a wait and see kind of fix or just start saving for new speaker.

Hawakuguza anything coz sikutoka hapo wakiosha. Ilikuwa kazi ya dakika 15 at most. Hiyo compressor yao pressure ni mob naona ni kama iliingiza maji.

Pole. Kama ulikuwa unawatch nafikiri ungeona wakirushia maji. Lakini kama ni tumaji tu kidogo unaweza drive the car ikiwa na ac temp set at high for some time uone.

Woi , ni gari gani ? If you are lucky and the speaker cone is plastic then most probable all will be well.Ile mbaya ni kama cone ni paper type and then making iingie itabidi ununue ingine.
Ebay US or UK might be your saviour if you intend to get the OEM speaker on the cheap.

The reason I asked is because I have some items I am shipping with kentex hopefully next Tuesday from US ningekusaidia but unaona kama nikucheza

Oh…speaker replacement ya factory itakuwa expensive than just buying Sony coaxial two way.

Hizo speaker ni bure sana, tafuta Sony component speakers last set I bought it was 7k for a pair including crossover and tweeters unless kama wewe ni Bora muziki na sio muziki Bora.Otherwise nunua OEM ya auction pale eBay.

Hiyo ni kawaida kama umeweka hizo amp and stuff. possible problems:

if its crackling, the amplifier is failing at a particular stage. Solution is for an electrician to find the failing transistor
if the problem is a rattling vibration, coil ya speaker imeachana na solution ni speaker ingine.
The speaker must be tested before you replace it. if any speaker placed in there is crackling, the the amplifier system is the issue. you can also remove the speaker and test it with something else or on the opposite door. DIY.
