1.Download FinchVPN windows client from the FinchVPN official site – https://www.finchvpn.com/download . Choose the portable, zipped version.
2.Using Winrar or any other decompressing software, open the FinchVPN zip file.
3.Install the uncompressed file.
4.Insert your modem on your computer and make sure it is disconnected.
5.Open the installed FinchVPN software. Under Server & Protocol, select your preferred server and choose TCP and 443 in subsequent boxes.
6.Under the Tools tab, click on Flush DNS. Next, click Install Tap Adapter. When a dialog box appears, click I Agree, check all components in the next window, and click install.
7.Under the Home tab, select the Network sub-tab, refresh adapter list, and select mobile broadband or the name of your modem in the drop down menu.
8. Under the Options menu, select Local Port for Local Port Binding, HTTP for Proxy Server and Default for Advanced Routing.
9.Still under Options, check the Custom OpenVPN Config and Client Debug boxes.
10. Copy these Configs and paste them in the Custom OpenVPN section:

http-proxy-option EXT2 X-Online-Host:196.201.216.13/

11. Connect your computer to the Internet using your modem or Wi-Fi.
12. Once you are connected to the Internet, go back to FinchVPN and under the Home tab, click Connect. When FinchVPN is connected, you are set on a free internet plan.
Note:
Ensure your modem or tethering device has a maximum of about 5 or 10MB data to avoid incurring unexpected costs in case the FinchVPN software disconnects for some reason.
The free servers are congested most of the time. To enjoy an un-interrupted connection, register for an account (at www.finchvpn.com/register) and subscribe to the Pro or Premier plan at a monthly cost of $1.61 and $3.21 respectively.
