Is it okay to do fasting on Sundays?
People fast anyday anytime as an urge to talk to their creator.

we only fast during lent, and even then, the church rules say we only forgo meat on fridays (i guess by meat they mean a guilty pleasure of sorts ) :D:D:D:D:D

My understanding is that you can also fast anytime as a form of prayer especially when you are praying for a miracle to happen in very dire circumstances. Never tried it. I much prefer novenas.

I do fasting with novena. My last break through was in June. The issue could be impossible but it was proved nothing is impossible in God eyes.
