A while back, like a decade gone now, I went for an interview at one of the top tier government departments in the country and during my second phase of the recruitment I met one of Owuor’s followers in the panel. She was dressed in those curtains and brought her attitude along. She was the most salty out of everyone, so I had to ask why the interview felt so aggressive. The panel chairman asked if I’d like a glass of water, or coffee or anything, they suggested we start over again, everything went well until she opened her mouth and derailed us whenever she got the chance.

Why didn’t you just leave? I myself can’t stand a time waster.

What made you think you’re gonna get the job when the woman who is part of the decision-making process is clearly projecting her issues on you? :joy:

This actually reminds me of my own hilarious interview with an old woman pale zetech. I applied for a basic 30k job, and as the interview begins, the oldest of the 6 panelists, blurts out ‘I thought he was in finance??’. Completely out of the blue.

Didn’t bother to follow up because it’s clear my background check had been done at the Salon where she gets her hair done.

It’s a documented behaviour btw. Women use gossip to gain trust and support from their peers.

Wanasemanga imani yako imekuponya…

Generally, patriotic peace loving Kenyas need to sadly note that it is the same fools in even larger numbers and across religious boundaries, that give us the leaders we have via the vote.

So, our entire population can be described as fools.
Our leaders can be described as leaders elected by fools.
