Hi guys, last week there is this 32GB Sandisk flash disk nilibuy tao. For the 1st 3 days it was working really well, then after hapo ikaanza kuleta shida kidogo. Thing is iyo flash nikiiplug kwa laptop yangu, its not showing. Laptop itatoa ile sauti ya kuonyesha external device imekuwa connected but sasa haileti usb kabisa. Ironically, flash yenyewe inafanya kazi on those Chinese handheld bluetooth devices that have a USB port and it was playing music very well.
Shida inaeza kuwa gani? Is it my laptop? Juu flash naona is working with other media devices very well except my laptop.
Hii nikama dem amedinywa long diik style im guze hadi kwa soul…alafu apatane na jamaa wa toothpick. Your flash disk has been corrupted by bad power rated usb ports za hizo chinku devices…
The very exact thing happened to me less than two weeks ago. I was transferring movies from the laptop nione kwa screen. All of a sudden nkapata message ati your USB device has malfunctioned and could no longer be recognized. Hadnt plugged it elsewhere aside from the laptop and the screen. Nkajijazia tu lazma ni wattage ya USB port imefry iyo kitu. Haikuniuma though coz I have used it for more than two years.
How is it corrupted yet its working on other laptops perfectly? It works on my friend’s laptop and even that laptop of the cyber attendant. News flash, nimetoka kuijaribu kwa lappy ya msee wa movie shop na inawork vizuri kabisa even transferring music and movies but ikifika kwa lappy yangu inaanza maringo.
Had the same problem with a 32GB LG flash disk. Probably a data consistency error in its file allocation table. Nilidunga kwa simu nikaformat. Problem was solved and it works perfectly.
The issue may actually be with the laptop and not the flash disk. Certain laptop features may not be compatible with the flash disk, or there may be a driver issue that is preventing the laptop from recognizing the device. If your laptop has USB 3.0 ports, you could try using a USB 2.0 adapter to connect the flash disk. Additionally, you could try reinstalling the USB drivers on your laptop or updating them to the latest version. You could also try connecting the disk to a different USB port on your laptop, as some ports may not work properly.
