Police have launched an investigation following the discovery of a severely mutilated female body near Langata Cemetery in Nairobi.
The remains, consisting primarily of bones, were found at the scene early on the morning of Thursday, October 31, apparently left there by unknown individuals.
According to police, the bones appeared to have been boiled, with the flesh meticulously removed.
The motive behind this disturbing act remains unclear, and no arrests have been made so far. Authorities are working to identify the victim as the investigation continues.
The incident left many locals shocked as the police moved the parts to the mortuary for preservation and identification.
Nairobi police boss Adamson Bungei said they are investigating to establish the motive and those behind the same.
