H.O.A fees hata huku sodom ni shida..you can even be evicted/foreclosed or lose your home for not paying HOA (home owner association dues at townhomes and condominiums(apartments for sale).

Niliwaambia kununua apartment ni pure conmanship huku NBO mkaniona mjinga sivyo? If the developer still has control over the management company after selling the properties, that’s not ownership…it’s conmanship. He can keep extorting you using service charges ad infinitum.
Studio ya 5.3 million unalipa service charge ya 5k
