helpg guys… My laptop cant open anything… Says “cant find locale data files”.
Any idea on how to go about???
Is this for google chrome?
If so,
Press CRTL + ALT + DELETE and go to Task manager
Go to Processes and end all Chrome.exe processes
Then try to reinstall Google Chrome.

Which Version of windows are you using?
Boot in safe mode and run a malware scan if it detects nothing,backup your files and install a new OS.
