According to the 2010 constitution, the general election date is the second Tuesday of august of the 5th year.
2013 elections were transitional so the first election date was 8th august 2017.
The same constitution states if the time is expressed in days, the day the event occurs should not be included.
Stating the second Tuesday of august of the 5th year is actually expressing the election event day. So counting starts on the 9th.
That means we only need 8 election dates and we will have a full cycle since after 8 general elections the dates repeat with the years varying but day and month are constant.
So general election dates are:
8/8/2017,
9/8/2022,
10/8/2027,
10/08/2032,
11/08/2037,
12/8/2042,
13/8/2047,
13/8/2052,
14/8/2057
After that the cycle starts again on 8/8/2062.The days are 1827 between the dates.The Tuesdays are in the 5 year,are are the second in August.
