Am I the only person concerned for our youth here in KE banae? I’m guilty. I consume energy drinks pretty often…specifically Monster Zero.
Do people ever bother to check how much sugar these drinks contain? At the supermarket aisle niliona zingine zinajiita predator etc and I often see vijanaa wakichana nayo mogoka. Check the grams of sugar in those energy drinks unashangaa. Obviously the peasants have no clue what they are consuming and the long term health effects.
If there is something the government should tax more its sugary energy drinks. Its the only way to save the common man from himself. After all, it can’t collect taxes from dead people.
Especially that blue Azam one that costs 50, it’s being abused and it’s loaded with sugar. I once tried it, manzee heart beat ilipanda . And I notice wazee also like it when going for mechi pale danguro
Energy hapana. Last year December I had a backlog I was to clear before Christmas. Kazi ilikuwa ni kujipump na monster. Iko siku nimekula lunch yoghurt na cake. Wacha hio usiku niaje kuhara. Mharo ilikuwa yellow kama Ile monster nilikunywa ya orange. Nilihara nonstop Hadi hio sumu nilichorea.
Kama wewe ni mtu wa kukaa kwa desk na laptop wachana nazo. Mimi huona maboy wa mjengo, mechanics na makanga wakitumia hizo vitu which is okay because those guys need that sugar and carbs and more
But after Alcohol, energy drinks are the next selling products, then soft drinks (correct if I’m being wrong). Yaani, the beverage industry is just messy, it’s everybody for himself. The healthcare (cardiovascular & hepatologists) wataishi kunukisha kitunguu for the next two decades…
The globalists want you dead already, stop making it easy for them. All these processed foodstuffs lead to nothing else but pain, cancer, heart disease, and ultimately premature death.
All these drinks sold in the supermarket have shitloads of sugar. For me I just dilute shamelessly. Even if it’s a drink that doesn’t need diluting, like Pick and Peel or even soda
