Una assume many things. The guy has a loan paying ka 25k, must be kitu 1.3m. Also has a sacco loan. What makes you think that he has not used them to start enterprises? Some of these people use the job to get an endless stream of unsecured credit for their business. Besides, the public sector does not have the kind of working environment which is near slavery which u find is private one
