OP hapana jua meaning ya taking over. Ulitaka kukua kitu ni moshi ya karatasi, just look at the engagement by govt honchos. Ukiona kitu imechangamkiwa jua tuu ni ufala. SGR, BRT, electric bikes, huduma number, coronavirus etc
These ebikes should be cheap but irony ni kuwa they are more expensive than regular bikes. Twice the cost. Hizi kupenetrate market itakuwa ngumu.

They should be cheaper because an electric motor is cheaper than an engine.
