am trying to recall my email address which I used to create Ecitizen account web site so as I can access the government services .

Now the thing is created the account using an email address which was done in the cybercafé and I cannot recall the email used and when I try to use my ID to login it says it does not exist.

I tried creating a new account and information I get is the ID is already in use.

so is there a way to retrieving the email address which was used in creating the account so as I can retrieve the password?

Your assistance will be highly appreciated as I need to apply for the new passports and am currently not in Kenya.

Mayb uende kwa embassy juu i think u must be physically present with ur original identification documents for them to alter any details on that account

Tweet them, that’s what’s I did with my uncles a/c, they deleted the email and phone no. used to register him, but all applications remained intact.

You have to follow them first then ask then to DM so that you can give private info.
