Haha Moong. I love that shit.
When I tell people I eat raw ndengu wananiangalia like I am mad. That shit is delicious, you can snack it the whole day. Takes too long to prepare though. A whole fucking day.
Erikana, bado unakula ugali asubuhi…
tumia pressure cooker
My Dinner is usually like a kid’s meal, lakini asubuhi I eat not less than 500 Grams Ugali, 2 eggs, Youghurt 250 Ml, Spinach or Mnavu Stew that is after having a Morning Glory Quickie
Moong is not cooked, or at least I do not cook. You soak ndengu overnight. Asubuhi you drain the water, keep them in a new dry container and partially cover the container. By jioni zimesprout and you eat them raw. Or at least I snack them raw.
Raw germinating millet( kimera) is always part of Busaa Preparation. It is grounded then added to the fermenting mixture of mkarango & water.
Now i understand why.
When frying comes in, it’s not busaa, it’s kwetee
Mimi kama KFC & Sonofod die hard nkae wapi?
Wapi effidense…farasi huenda raondi ngapi
Barley, maize, millet etc must be germinated then fermented to brew beer. The germination turns the seed starch into glucose, a known source of energy… Long story short, drink beer:D:D
Kwa frying pan.
