EACC raided Kericho offices over 100million fraudulent Airstrip Tender

Apparently the upgrade of the airstrip should have cost between Sh15 million and Sh25million. T the money allocated in the tender was inflated to about Sh100 million.
How will smaller counties survive and develop counties, if tenderprenuers are feeding from there as well.
