visited a dentist today nione kama nitasaidika. he did a cbct xray on my problematic and its badly infected. the infection has started eating away the bone. solution is to do an apicectomy, a bone graft, a root canal and crowning the tooth. nimechapwa na bill ingine wazimu nikachoka tu. i have searched what an apicectomy is and i have contemplated doing an extraction. nimeona the process on youtube and sioni kama i can stomacg my gum being opened that way. na ikikataa kupona or it affects another healthy tooth? between a root canal and an apicectomy, which procedure is done first?
