We have experts in borrowing but they cannot manage the debt?
One does not need an expert to inform him/her that if your expenses are higher than your revenue you will be forced to borrow to pay up; if you borrow and misappropriate funds you will have twice as much of debt amount to pay.
These expert will be paid astronomical amounts to help thieves cover up their corrupt schemes.

Kuna kata ingine tumepangiwa moto sana. It’s to do with the affordable housing. So they’ll pass or have passed a new tax on employed Kenyans to contribute a certain percentage of their salaries and wages to that fund and the employer is supposed to contribute double their employees contribution.
I don’t believe there will be any affordable housing built before 2022. That money contributed for that will be used to pay Chinese Debt.
The idea of that new housing fund or whatever is noble, but to be honest, do we expect accountability from GoK? Nyumba hata zikijengwa na wauze at reasonable prices, most of us will not have access to affordable mortgage financing. Zitanunuliwa na watu wa laundry, then they turn round and resell them at double the price, or rent them out at ridiculous rates.
