Dear Baba......yours trully, Jalang'o

Dear Raila Baba! My love for you is immeasurable and I have never hidden it even when I am supposed to and this will not change ,I will always love you. You are the only leader who I know who goes to any part of this country and gets welcomed without a second thought. You are King! You are an Enigma! More than 6million wanted you to be their president! You cant be ignored! I’ll talk about my love for you in another letter someday but today I want your attention! Just one word from you will stop what is happening at Home! People are dying, property is being destroyed and I hear women are being raped! Looters and thugs are taking advantage of the situation! Police are all over! Economy back home is at a standstill! Baba you must speak! This script is a dejavu and you know It! Stolen victory or not this thing is done and dusted! Uhuru is President! The only hope you have is the courts and with all the evidence I know you can put a strong case if it’s a path you want to take! For now you must speak and tell your army to retreat we can’t loose twice! Let us win in one, not the battles but in peace! The bloodshed is too much, the cries are too loud and the gun shots are not about to stop! All this can stop! Just say a word! Most people will tell me that I don’t know what am talking about! I feel them, I feel you…i know your pain but as you said at the debate elections come and go! Let them go and lets build our country together! Sadly everyone is getting back to work as home burns! It’s gonna take us another 1 year to recover again! You can imagine the loss! We can’t be making 10 steps ahead then 20 back! Baba speak! Yours Trully Jalang’o

‘dejavu’ It is natures way of serving natural justice. Similar but somehow inverted, the previous winner become the loser.

Ok

This election will go down in history in many ways. One of them is there was no election violence

Thanks. Do you mind if I say it is positively sacrilegious? I am not going to tell you the meaning of love because I am not sure it can be captured in words but I can tell you that it is reserved for a being that almost holy in the holder’s view. It is not something you toss around to other men, especially in the African context. Unless of course you are a metro fairy.

Moreover, in the context that we are talking about here - POLITICS - it diminishes one’s self worth. It demonstrates that you (are flaky like that) have an external locus of control and success to you comes through vicariously living through other people. Corollary question: do you think JaKuon would ever tell you, @It’s Le Scumbag, that he loves you and mean it? Do you think that he would give a hoot how successful you are? Would you mean to him as much as you mean to your significant other?

I am not saying it’s wrong or you must stop doing it; I 'm just saying it’s weird. “I love you men!” in colloquial parlance is easy enough to understand but this one of love letters… aii imenishinda.

PS: Oh, I forgot; where is Ida in all this?

Oh now am the subject of your misplaced attention. Boss, you asked a question. I answered that question.
Now,when did you decided that I needed a lesson about love? From you?
@Amused I sincerely think that on this one,you got the wrong niga in ya crosshairs…
Haiya, you go and make all those assumptions about me and further spew them here. Please slow down, you go burst a vein for things that are neither here nor there…
And it scares me that you took that so literally that you pain shows through…
But atleast,I am glad that I have given you a chance to vent. Life can be frustrating and we all need to vent once in a while. I have done,my good deed for the day.

This is KTalk…

Oh,now that ya anger is sated and ya mind lighter, lighten up ya bladder too.

KOJOA ULALE…tomorrow you need to go slave for ya employer again.

And if this is not enough, jaza hii nitampea @admin on ya behalf.

Thank you for your time @Amused

Sure I asked a question. And in your infinite wisdom, you decided that I did not know that one had been written! Let’s be real, you were trying to be smart but are now defensive because I did not ignore your ill considered feeble tart…

Just so you know, I don’t “vent”. I answered you in a detailed and concise way so that you and any other ignorant heckler would not think that it’s a walk in the park.

Did I ask a question really? No you don’t have to answer that…
Boss, you win. I accept, you are more intelligent. You have now put this ignorant heckler in his place. Congratulations…

And STAY THERE! :D:D
