If Uhuru wanted to seriously fight corruption, he should expand the powers of the DCI and strip off EACC as much powers as possible. I’ve always said that, and I’ll always say it again.
I stand to be corrected, lakini sijui EACC inafanya kazi gani… The investigations are done by DCI (na labda watu wa Bank Fraud na KRA, etc) and the case has to be prosecuted by the DPP. Kwangu inakaa kama EACC just add unnecessary bureaucracy to the process.
