My landlord(who happens to be also my employer) implemented a lock-down for us a while back. If you want anything, you have to call the CEO who will then authorize the purchasing officer to get it for you. I feel this is really suffocating for many obvious reasons.
Can I get a court order to protect myself preferably without the need to hire expensive lawyers?
Is there a way in which I can put pressure on the CEO to open for me/us in an anonymous way?
Kama nyumba si yako na haujalipa rent, just move out! The courts might actually get you jailed or give you an order that will cause you more harm than benefit… nyumba si yako so pay up or move out… if your employer is not paying you, leave and sue them for nonpayment of salary/ wages…
Kwanini mnapenda kuleta kiherehere kwa biashara za watu? If you think you boss/landlord ni meffi, simply resign na uhame.
I am sure somewhere in your employment letter there is a phrase “all inclusive” that your bonobo mind missed. There is no law that compels employers to house you if they are not giving you house allowance.
Frankly in this country very few organisations have goodwill and non adversarial employer/employee relations… that said, ukiamua kuwa champion hapo juwa wewe ndio pia utakuwa Yesu… fighters always suffer for the benefit of the cowards who remain behind…
Kama hukusoma fine print ya appointment letter yako uone hiyo umeffi kutoka kwa 18, you have only one remedy, resigning and moving to greener pasture,… kama hakuna pastures vile corona imemeza uchumi, just cool your heels pole pole and start reducing your dependency on your employer like that… start seeing the positives to your job, and your employer… and be of service to him more, pia yeye akuwe dependent on you kiasi… you might reap rewards for it…
Even if you really fight to make a difference for those, your co workers, in a few years it wont matter, and they would probably have all moved on… hukuingia hiyo kampuni na hao, and activism is probably not your core competency…
I tried pumping sense in your head but you proved that you cant understand basic concepts so nikaona hata nikikutusi hakuna tofauti. Anyway, never overestimate your importance to an employer. That is all.
You came to the wrong forum. Seek a lawyer’s advice. Hapa you’re dealing with ‘tycoons’ who dream of the day they’ll do similar things to other people.
