kama laptop haina THAT HARDWARE hizo drivers unaweka ni za nini? unajua kazi za drivers ni nini? drivers enable some hardware to communicate with the OS. eg GPU drivers enable the GPU to communicate with the OS or the Bluetooth drivers… when an app needs to use that hardware, it makes a call to the kernel which communicates with the driver but In your case you laptop has no bluetooth hardware so installing BT drivers is a waste of time. Ni kama installing nvidia graphics drivers on a laptop without Nvidia GPU.
delete those drivers and accept your laptop haina bluetooth na uwache kujisumbua
