If u have admin access go to Device manager:
- Press Windows Key + R
- Type devmgmt.msc
- Go to ‘other devices’
- Right click on the unknown device and click uninstall.
- Reboot to check if the OS will install the stock drivers…

labda haina blue tooth radio. its common for Hp professional notebooks not to have blue tooth. i noticed that about 10 years ago. What is blue tooth for in a computer anyway? Ama you want fancy stuff.
