Hata town planning wamesgindwa na maji kusupply…I recently got lost in the damn town trying to find my way out to Nairobi…Kila njia imechimbwa! Who will live there with that heat!

Are these architectural renders or actual homes? Looks smashing!!

Ja’luo awakening. Hii lazima mama watoto aone.

The introvert in me will never allow me to live in a glass house. Looks nice though.

Ya babuon umefika wapi?

Just two minutes drive from the people’s state house!

Ati heat? Kuwa serious bana.

People eating devolution money in Nyanza will buy these lavish homes. Those saying that they’ll not find buyers do not realize just how grand the feast is. Kwanza kwa akina Awiti.

I like the newer modern architectural design that eliminates those bloody roofs… Nikijenga decra was the in thing… Well how said they don’t get old and rusty?

A part of Elgon view estate in Eldoret is called governors, since, most of the governors from Rift valley and Western have a house there. I think the same shall happen to Riat hills.

Renders, those glass walls is what peaked my interest. Mwizi anakuja tu na mawe.

Should be completed soon. He already renovated his Nyali home and also painted it white and blue in solidarity with hoho. Handcheque iko hakuna shida.

There are a lot of empty houses here, second homes to people who have no time to visit except the one or two holidays a year.

Its a beautifully designed home. One of the best I have seen. However i’m not sold on the glass walls. Not just the security but the room lights up at dawn and all is visible when you turn on the lights.

Lots of Ja’luo In Diaspora will spend buying here. They should also design big apartments in Kisumu town especially once the SGR touches there the whole town will explode in activities.

The future of the lake city looks bright.

I don’t think Location is a problem. Is more of owning a beautiful home/house near/at home. Target market wanajulikana.

Hata mimi iko kwa pipeline.

Are they not sitting on reparian land, who’s the owner of that project @spear?

You guys have not read about RIAT hills. No one is buying homes there…
I will look for the article.

Other than Raila no one has been able to buy those developments because there is no supporting infrastructure. Roads, maji etc.

Leta link, so that pool will have no water and “my” Mercedes will not pass unpaved roads.
