These ones are operating under the same agreement. 1 mzinga is about 5k, which translates to about 1500/- a night in value for advertising. I wonder why they simply don’t ask for the cash instead. 4 weekends and that’s 12k, enough for rent.

Club husiness is very competitive indeed. That’s why I prefer my establishment be known as a ‘cop diner’ that sells alcohol. A unique proposition.
Have you ever employed anyone for a casual job? What happens if you pay them before they complete your work? The same would happen if clubs paid these hoes in cash. Watazembea kazi and probably won’t behave how the club owner wants them to behave. It’s human nature and you can only learn that if you employ casual laborers frequently and watch how they behave.

You’re right. Casual labour and casual sex are basically the same type of job. They should have a living wage so nobody feels used after the job.
