Another time I passed through that road that passes outside the DoD main gate. Someone has been allowed to construct some tall building right across the road, overlooking the barracks. That means anyone up there can clearly see inside the DoD compound from an office or an apartment up there, so the high wall is not shielding the place from view, and the watch towers are sitting ducks. Those tall buildings should not be there.
Who authorises such constructions? Should this even be allowed?
