The Pajero Mini and the old 3 door Suzuki Escudo are similar if not superior to the Jimny.

We can argue till morning about the capabilities of the Suzuki, but the alternative took the bacon home. Don’t get me wrong, I’d rather buy a brand new Jimny than some used high end Subbie with the same budget but why go through all that? Why not get the Samurai or better known Sierra for the same off-road capabilities but forever hold your peace in terms creature comfort, practicality, and on road performance

This is one sturdy machine.There is a guy on twitter who recently went around lake victoria and back to nairobi with his 1994 3 door model.Very nice.
