They normally return the money, if they do their investigations and the suspect is not charged in Court. If you are charged in Court, the cash bail refund is done by the Court, two weeks after filling the refund forms like @kev , @Nanaimpa and Gashwin have explained above.

Then what were you going to the OCS for? Go with your receipt to the same court where you posted the bail and demand your money. You’ll either get a cheque in two weeks or the one who posted the bail will be asked to provide bank details for an RTGS since the sum involved is big.

Enda registry na case number waambie case was dismissed.Watatoa file kuconfirm,then jaza form na upeane receipt. Kama receipt ilipotea enda na affidavit of loss. Kama jina ilikosewa enda na affidavit of name.
