Hey guys/girls. My vehicle has a serious problem. I replaced the brake pads and brake linings two weeks ago. Every time I approach a bump, there is this annoying hissing sound. Considering that the brake pads are new, what might be the problem? The car is a toyota
Following for myself
peleka gari Toyota Kenya for full service.
Peleka leo usingoje kesho
ni wiper imeshikana na exhaust pipe…
ona mwingine wa “puncture hubadilishiwa garage gani?”
:Duuuiiiiii:D
i’m trying to connect the hissing sound to the bump to find the connection between the two
Haija zoea the new new pads, wacha ziisha-ishe itakua poa with time
Wacha zikulane sauti itapotea
proper adjustment. everytime you step on break peddle as you approach the bumps there goes the hissing soud
most probably some diaphragm issues?? or you got some knockoff asbestos stuff if they still exist
@introvert might be of some help here
Simple. Brake pads na drums hazijazoeana. Just give them sometime.
Kweli. Could be something as simple as a foreign object keying your disc. Please check the inner side of your rims for metal filings. If you delay too much the damage will be much more than what skimming can repair.
Ero pad hutumika na discs na shoes hutumika na drums.
…its so simple…bei ya brake pads…kuna za 600-1200…the cheaper, the noisier…as of brake linings am experiencing the same with ALLPARTS brake linings…hizi ni kawaida…furahi ur car has new brakes…sauti pandisha kioo
Skimming ndio solution hapa. Brakes had worn out and started eating the disk.
He will only be able to tell how bad it is when he starts getting feedback from the brake pedal. Kavibration hivi.
enda total service better safe than sorry
Lining ya pad ndo iko na ya ujinga. look at them and see if they are wearing evenly. If they arent, then know that the brake assembly and the rest of the rotating wheel assembly are misaligned. So you need to inspect the wheel for shaking and misalignment due to worn wheel bearing.
