Elders I have noted that the more I add weight the weaker I become in the bedroom. Is there any real correlation?
Depends on the kind of weight you are adding.If you add fat,you become very weak in the bedroom.If you add muscle without using steroids you become very strong in the bedroom.If you add muscles while using steroids your deek will shrink.If you choose not to build muscle at least do enough cardio daily and avoid sex enhancement medication.The good this is that all these are on your hands.Its upto you to decide your direction.

Noted senior though me am not a carbohydrates person. I eat protein and fruits mostly. My starch intake per day is less than 100grams.
