Two mysterious deaths of prominent people in high profile cases in a span of weeks

We have lost way too many people under mysterious circumstances. All the way from Saitoti through to Mutula and now smaller fish like a deputy chief lands registrar like Geoffrey Oriaro. Its not safe to be even a fish , let alone being a big or small fish.
