Very true, the mjumbe wa nyumba kumi will be the one who will call immigration officers on you in less than a week after you set up…ps the landlord will gladly accept your rent deposit…na ujue huko rent hua annual especially when renting for the first time. Anajua utafurushwa abaki na pesa yako

Yeah or better yet marry there. Partner atakurusha when the business picks up. I know a guy who was the authorised dealer wa east Africa cables. Jamaa alikua na all work permits since he was married to a Tz. Local competitors walisumbua yeye via constant raids by immigration, mara TRA etc , he had to sell the biz
