Revelation 13:5-7. 5 The beast was given a mouth (Twitter) to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise its authority for forty-two months. 6 It opened its mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven. 7 It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation.
I know nothing can unplug you from this delusion of prophecy and its interpretation, but such are the things satan uses to obscure the cross of Jesus Christ.
Nobody understands end-time prophecy accurately, you could be wrong, you could be right. But pinpointing names (Trump, etc.) and times (any second now) is a sure way to error. And a way of raising controversies.
Many churches were destroyed by some influential members’ obsession with the end times, some sold everything only to be disappointed.
Jesus warned of deception in the end times and the worst thing about it is that a deceived person does not know they are deceived.
Humility and walking in love are a sure safeguard from deception.
To the believers, Paul says “Let no one disqualify you, insisting on asceticism and worship of angels, going on in detail about visions, puffed up without reason by his sensuous mind” (Col 2:18).
