What happened to Tatu City
There’s a high chance Tatu City will be completed. It’s backed by some really rich investors. Once they sort out the ujinga wa local investors (akina Vimal Shah, Nahashon Nyaga etc) it’s a viable project.
Hiyo ya Upper Hill, some company was putting up Kcb hq which was to be 28 floors, I am told they were stopped from going beyond the 17th floor because D.O.D is in the vicinity.
