According to the Kenya Ports Authority’s twitter handle, this is the new tugboat that cost 1.1 billion KSh. On the The Star website, they have stated that it is a 75T Bollard Pull (BP) - [B]the first of its kind in East and Central Africa[/B]. So I decided to look what an actual 75T Bollard Pull (BP) looks like. I have attached what one of those beasts look like and it is nothing like this tiny thing.
