I would like to update my Android box from 4.2.2 Jelly Bean to at least 5.0 Lollipop but can’t find any compatible firmware for my device(maybe I am searching for the wrong model)

  1. How do I find the actual model of the device?
  2. Where can I get the firmware?
  3. I no longer get the Kodi app on playstore including 16.1 Jarvis which was initially available.
