They were doing what kenyans normally do in Kenya ie go the pub, drink and then drive home. But the laws in the US are different and they say that if you drink you must not drive.
Well, you say that. But one of my relatives recently wrote off his car via speeding/drink driving and after surviving with only a broken arm, is teaching people anout the dangers of smoking weed.
