As you can tell, David Ndio was one of the participants. It is the only reason I listen to him with expectations he is implementing something about it. If you read the linked article you will come across the following:
I guess the Mt Kenya groupies have been largely edged out from the enclave and replaced by those from the Rift valley and friend.Then their is Raila odinga and his groupies where he has mastered the art of getting into the enclave.

The katiba scenario I guess is suffering because adhering to the law is an option.
The maendeleo scenario is suffering because we need a new economic model which I hope Ndii has implemented as the old one reached end of life long ago,then corruption and debt.
The possibility of a civil war as claimed by Ndindu is only possible if adhering to the law is made an option.Currently it is an option but it hasn’t crossed a certain threshold which will surely result into a civil war.That means the judiciary is the weak link
