The farmers says he has lived on the land for 46 years. He further says “I woke up on August 3 and realised beacons had been placed on a portion of the land. A fence around my farm was also demolished,”

A dam was constructed on the land to prevent flooding downhill.
They are probably taking action to prevent the dam overflowing or breaking its bank and killing people, it is not nice to keep a senior citizen worried.
