I need to get Zuku the home basic. Do they charge installation I saw something like Ksh 4400, is this per month or what. Couldn’t reach their customer care

Zuku ni meffi…Their internet connections goes on and off frequently, worst customer support etc…safaricom fiber is the way

Why? Kumbuka zuku has cable tv for the same price
