It all started with Raila, in 2007/2008, nusu mkate he refused what was otherwse strategic ministries, like Youth & gender, Planning, hell, even Finance, all he wanted was Ministry of State for Immigration and Registration of Persons, which he gave to Gerald Kajwan’g who gave Somali refugees passports and National ID’s in bulk, in exchange for a vote in the next elections.
Raila even negotiated to have Mombasa county under sharia law if he became president, but I’m digressing here, let me get back to the point.
Kasongo is issuing ID’s and Passports to so many of the refugees with the hope of getting their vote, however, those walalos end up in UK/US, Finland and so many other places,and with their war like attitudes, of course they will water down the value of our passports.
This problem exploded in the late 90s when zoomalis and west Africans stormed into Europe and Canada waving Kenyan passports, seeking
asylum.
At that time we didn’t need visas to visit. The junguus were forced to react.
