A 50x100 plot is more productive than a 10 acre farmland. Ukijenga a flat you can easily get 500,000 per month (5 floors each with 5 houses per floor @20k) or 6m per yr. Ukijenga nyumba za mabati you can get 25 rooms x 4k = 100k per month (or 1.2m per yr). Or you rent out the plot kwa car wash and get 50k per month (600k per yr).

Meanwhile planting maize in 10 acres will give you 200 bags ie 20 bags per acre. You sell at NCPB at 3k total 600k. Less 50% production cost you remain with 300k. Since you plant the maize once per year, your profit per month is 25k from the 10 acres.

So wacha kuchukia those 50x100 plots.
