Can we use the remaining minerals to leapfrog and catch up with the West?
They say that Africa has the largest number of youthful population. Can we use that to turn the tables. The West has a population decline so it Japan and South Korea, can out UoN, KU and other African University graduates fill the gap?

First We need to invest in machines to mine minerals commercially. We also need a Processing factory to add commercial value to the minerals. Finally we need a system, to sell the high value minerals directly to the end user without using brokers.
