Former Mayor of New York Rudy Giuliani, brought sanity in NYC, he simply introduced stop and frisk which worked wonders.

I think the best way to deal with drugs is by treating addicts as victims rather than criminals. As well as decriminalising certain 'soft drug’s such as marijuana, though I think marijuana should even be legally allowed as its not as bad as alcohol which I legal in pretty much every country (I can only think of Saudi as a counterexample).
Why should we be policing what adults put into their body in such a violent and extreme manner?
