Seen plenty of young people leading, but your green eyed envy will never let you see that.

Distinguish management from leadership. I know of many young people doing wonderfully well in management but very poor at leading people.

Bitange Ndemo should have been picked as ICT secretary despite his troubles. During his time, you could see this guy had passion for what he did, and he was a govt insider so he knew which doors to knock, who to call to get things done. Mucheru is a greenhorn in govt. BTW all greenhorn cabinet Secretaries usually do nothing except getting reports from the PS
