With airbnb it all depends with your host some will be very helpful especially if you don’t know around whilst some won’t bother

AirBnb is to real estate what Uber is to transport. It’s just a bunch of people listing their homes as holiday houses and billing them. It is upto them to decide which services they offer or exclude etc. Airbnb just connects the two of you
I loved it. Once got a full house in Eldoret, with compound, gazeebos and all. the owner even made sure we got fresh milk from the cow in the morning. I was just too impressed!
