A friend of mine is developing this mobile solution, some business guy in the tech field got so interested and wants it customized to sell.
the work is for a fee but he wants the source code and all the documentation, he has not given a down-payment nor does he wants any partnership deal,
the cash being given is not too much that someone will stop thinking…
what do you think people?

But again, what kind of friend are you who can’t help a friend out, when he’s trying to come up, you even asked for a partnership on his idea so you can do the job for him.
He’s willing to pay, so that already a good friend, it is not alot as you say but he’s willing to pay.
