Many graduates working for indians and Chinese are in the same shoes, except that they earn much much lesser. The mentioned employers give you no off time, no weekends, kazi ni mingi, etc…
I agree with you, no human being should be overworked. But doctors should just stop the entitlement thing, otherwise no one has a problem with them.
