The MOH in a bid to avoid confusion created by the revised Covid-19 protocols, has moved in to clear the air. Apparently there were celebrations galore in Luo Nyanza upon the announcement that masking was no longer compulsory. Our reporters on the ground say that locals thought that the cessation of compulsory masking meant that they could engage in unprotected sex with abandon without the need to wear condoms or “mask” their mjulubengs.
